I see this going the full 2 Billion. With all that is in the pipeline, 'savy, qualified investors' should be ALL OVER THIS. The floor is set @ .005 for the long term. Might have small jots below that, but the company is going to get its .005. There will not be any real 'diluting' below that. It only makes a profit above .005.

I think we have our 'floor', but the higher the OS the lower the ceiling is.
