Truenorth2016, here with FONU...

I took a starter in FONU because it looks like Endicott Holdings Group, LLC (Mahmoud Jrab) became the controlling entity of FONU: https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/FONU/profile

I saw where someone mentioned that they took over HUML on November 2, 2020 and afterwards it ran to over $4.00+ per share, of course with a lower share structure. I think now they own 100% of the Series A Preferred Shares of FONU based on what's within their filings.

The Authorized Shares (AS) is confirmed to be only 5 billion shares and not the 19.9 billion on OTC Markets that should change with the next Transfer Agent (TA) update. This can be confirmed from the Nevada Secretary of State (NV SOS) website below:
https://esos.nv.gov/EntitySearch/BusinessInformation

The Outstanding Shares (OS) is only 2,319,491,201 shares. Over the past three trading days, it has traded well over that amount so there is great accumulation and consolidation to position the company for its next few levels of growth, especially with a solid catalyst that could be placed into the company.

From the link below, it looks like Paul Strickland resigned to make room for the now indicated on OTC Markets, Mahmoud Jrab from Endicott Holdings Group, LLC:

I'm not sure what's coming into FONU, but I'm willing to wait it out to see what will further mature. I suspect that we should be seeing the filing of their Attorney Letter soon to have the Yield Sign removed.
