OTCM and UNSS reminds me of a city inspector and the home owner who put up an addition without a permit, to cut corners.

Now the city inspector is flexing his muscles and making the home owner build every small item up to code. "that outlet needs to be over 4 inches to the right" "I guess you could use PVC, but I'm gonna make you use copper"
