Here's my thesis:

MMs have bought billions of shares @ 0002. They are flipping some of it @ 0004 but holding back most of it to unload @ a higher price in the future. They manipulate PPS from start to finish. We retail traders are just riding their wave. OTC is now 3k tickers leaner. I think we are heading North whoever MMs decide to remove the tarp.
