I appreciate you posting the info on the call. So I guess you are the one to talk to him about things since he DID open up to you and it sounds like you have had a very civil conversation.

Question: How much more 'dilution' do you expect to have to do and for how long do you expect this to take before the company's earnings take over to sustain the company's operations?

Question: After all is done with 'dilution', what do you expect the OS count will be?

Question: After all is done with 'dilution', do you expect to ever have to do a Reverse Split again?
