Well If they do not file they will end up getting delisted at some point and then you can have them removed by your broker for a complete write off. Will have to pay a fee to have them removed. You can say this is dead all you want to but doesn't make it so. It can be brought back at any point in time up until SEC takes action against them. So crow all you want but it isn't over until it's over. My opinion on this is, people will be bagholders until they aren't whichever way this goes. lol Me included. This isn't the first time for me. I play the law of averages that works for me. Win some lose some!
