That was a very well written letter and one that needed to be done. With the exception of the 'lawsuits' section, I think you hit the nail right on the head. I would have left off that part though.

I am interested in hearing about any reply you might get. I would hope that you would share it, in it's entirety, here with us if it is answered.

I would also offer up to you and anyone else that plans on writing this company, that they might post their potential letter hear for us to read and maybe offer suggestions of things that might be included or excluded (like the lawsuit thing).

Anyways, I thought it was very good and something that was needed.

Look forward to hearing what happens.
