I agree with that penny... But to me its obvious that its a risk reward play. Why not deal with the litigation if it comes to that. Its open to interupatation. Let the lawyers hash it out...Or tell the truth today if the truth is bad d which I'm hundred percent sure it is, and watch the price drop 70 Percent..Can you imagine the pressure he has to hold this price up after the underwriters did this spac IPO. And all those insider shares still locked up because of sec rules......merck and phizer are on the cusp of delivering a pill to prevent covid. And they are getting good press on results. (Like everyone here . I hope that's not b.s as well)
