6 months since the private placement firms/individual bought 2.5 million shares @ 60 cents/shr ends on October 4th. At that point, they can request the restrictive legends be removed from their shares. They still are showing a juicy profit at this point.

New (this time we really mean it!) Release date for the mirrors is October 6th.
