David Fair said hasn't even been talked about, thinks the remaining authorized will be fine for future acquisitions. That's what the new CEO said. With no more toxic debt, new company can get traditional financing moving forward except for an uplist at some point I would think.

This toxic cesspool is going to turnaround here very soon.

Will you be considering a reverse split on stock soon or closer to say an up list event?
There have been no discussions whatsoever regarding a stock split.
