Sheitty scam-company SurgePays-Inc., the fully-reporting scam of OTC.

SurgePays Inc books are crooked because its auditor, CFO, and Grifter CEO have shown themselves to be.

Easy to conclude that SurgePays Inc. is cooking its books as its claimed revenues are clearly impossible without stores to sell its products, convenience stores that SurgePays never acquired through AATAC and thus never installed its SurgePays Portal distribution network into, and thus could not or ever be selling through to generate the claimed revenues (claimed in SEC filings), therefore cooked books, that shows this scam SurgePays Inc. as the fully reporting OTC Scam it is.
