The merger is still in play. See the attorney letter where it mentions who was on the call. It was Fytton (old CEO) and the new directors of Ice Lounge.

The details of the Stock Dividend haven't been announced yet. I'm thinking they won't be until the merger is finalized. I assume the hold up are the financials still with the auditor.
