I think it would bring back some credibility if we actually get the div. The main value will be the rise in confidence in PV and NMKT to actually do what they say they will do. I only say that because I am still waiting for my dfts dividend from 2 or 3 years ago. If we actually get the certs the price of NMKT goes up substantially. IMHO
