Oh I 100% agree with you, at least for the current shareholders. If the company did it right then we would be ok, especially those coming in after the split.

99% of RS don't work the way they should.

But still, if the company wants to restructure and put money back into the company, a buyback isn't the best way to go. (It certainly is for current shareholders)

But what OTC company really has their shareholders best interests at heart?
