nothing normal about spending millions on equipment and signing a long term lease for a facility ...before you know with absolute certainty you can operate your business at a targeted strategic location ...having any and all necessary permits in hand...not politicians.

that's how you get bit by poisonous snakes ...let alone bad decisions that can ruin a company's reputation overnight.

never going to be the black stallion when going up against competition when making mistakes that cost the company years to recover.
