I have upgraded the stock, using my valuation model. An overall score of 9 is like a once in a decade occurence. It usually doesn't happen. You are getting close to HERB but still not there. Probably if you trade at $1.

If you uplist to NYSE you will definitely get another upgrade.

Oh, and I assumed a billion $ in net assets. Should be close. But it has a minor effect on the overall score anyway.
