As usual, wrong!

"Patent Office has proved its concept twice"

Not in this world!
The Patent Office doesn't prove anything at anytime for any patent!! Go look up the patents as you have NOT correctly stated anything about them to date. A patent proves nothing at all about the thing given the patent! The patents granted HYSR have nothing to do with Gen1 or Gen2.

HYSR will NEVER, NEVER, NEVER commercially produce Hydrogen! TOO FEW BUBBLES on too expensive panels. The device (no matter what the nano-particle chemistry) freezes 6 to 8 months each year over most of the earth which absolutely prohibits hydrogen production.

"I could see where Qs would arise because of the complexity of it all, but this is only Water, Sunlight and Solar panels, a simple system!"

You do not understand any of it! What you call solar panels have pixie dust in them that does not generate sufficient potential to split large quantities of water period, nor can they generate small quantities of H2 sufficient to use for much of anything, and then the device, being outdoors, freezes and produces NOTHING no matter what the nano-particles are. Is it a simple system??? Nah.

"We are far beyond the "Proof of Concept" stage right now"

Nonsense, HYSR is right back at square one trying to do basic research on nano-particle chemistry as stated by Tim Young in the quarterly/yearly reports! You should read those reports sometime. It is clear from them that you have not read any of them and certainly do NOT speak for Tim Young as you have absolutely no idea what he has actually reported in them.

Tim Young has continually made false and misleading (fraudulent) statements about HYSR tech from early on. If he made any of the outlandish claims that you continually make, HYSR would already be taken down by the SEC. It is possible now for HYSR to be put into receivership - just depends on the SEC.
