I'll take a stab at it.
Currently, on L2 there are only around 650K shares on the Ask below .05.
The stock has tightened up and there aren't a whole bunch of shares available.
If you wanted to buy 10 million shares at the Ask, the Ask would go up very quickly.
You may be able to buy a few million shares over days or weeks in order to keep the SP low, but if you tried to buy too many, too quickly, the SP would climb to .05 and beyond real fast.
So, based on what's developing with LVVV, it would be easier and cheaper, if you're buying a shit ton of shares, to buy at whatever Bill H. sets the Offering Price at.
People buying that many shares are no doubt following what's going on with LVVV, so it makes more sense for them to buy, let's say 10 or 20 million shares at .05, rather than try to buy a few shares at a time slapping the Ask...
All in my HO, but, we'll find out one way or the other fairly soon.
