FWIW I JUST called their investors relation 310 number and a woman answered who has been fielding calls all morning. She said they are working on getting current because they were behind with some of their paperwork. Expect to be within a week because they anticipate sec will be behind in reviewing their paperwork. All I can pray is this is legit and they are current very soon. Seemed to be legit.... but again FWIW. I also suggested that the company update their website and allegedly they are working on that as well.... standby..
