Looks like MM’s shorting keeping the price down from 10-Q. Part of the MM playbook on good news is to pound the ask with shorted shares when good news is announced to discourage longs trying to get them to capitulate. It’s also to buy time. Because they believed in their short thesis . But now with compassionate use granted, and it looks like safety and efficacy (IMO) the DMC checked as part of the compassionate use requests. Now the MM’s are having some doubts creep in on their short thesis. You mean MAKO could be wrong…. No way! After the Court eviscerated all of Mako’s points from the Rosen lawsuit. Did Mako ever get a better job than waiting tables at Applebee’s in the Dallas Fort Worth area after the court ruling? I wonder, as I want everyone to better themselves!
