Yea no doubt.. They had done a lot in the last 2 months and even one of the PR I read stated a lot of the merger financing will be a combination of the company giving in over a million, Banks, and stocks... No surprise here. I really don't have a problem with dilution with intent of the betterment to the company and the shareholders. It's expected but I do not like dilution for the one man operation to pay for his vacations LOL...Scam CEO's...
