1)you don't really know that becaue there are no financials, no revenue statements no publicly known bank accounts/statements - it's all heresay. "My cousin said they're making these and shipping them
2)Jim Dial will not authorize the tranfer agent to supply outstanding share counts to anyone, anywhere, at any time. Now, this alone did it for me. Some people need more proof. This is prefetly ligeitmate proof, btw because no company on the up and up will ever behave this way.
3)WHen I first contacted Mike King and Jodie, Mike King himself tried to sell me on another stock. He didn't like grifco at that time. I didn't listen. Jodie then went on to tell me some of the strange bahavior that Mike reported after having visited Jim Dial at work. Her words were, "jim needs to go to another kind of meeting if you know what I mean"
4)None of their PR's have ever once stated, that they had acutaly completed anything. THey had a few that said they signed something, and a bunch that said "will commense" "will complete" etc.
1-4 give ample proof that this is a scam. 5 Cements it.
5)jim dial told me personally that he was just biding his time to "catch shorty with his pants down"
Now, if you ever learn one thing from me, if a CEO ever mentions, even acknowledges "short sellers" other than to encourage them, run away. FAST.
As for your statement that all this negativity serves only to make you dig in harder, I would bet that I can name one or two people who did the exact same things back in April may June and July at .25-.40 and are now wishing they would have paid attention! also as an aside, those people would most likely be hitting the sell button as fast as they possibly could if this stock were miraculously ever to hit the 15-18 range again. Which it won't, of course, IMO.
You keep buying more trinity.
