He said, there were going to be announcements in the next couple of months. When I checked with him again, several weeks later, to ask if he could be more specific about the timeline, I got no response. It‘s still a game of patience. This endless waiting naturally provokes more questions. It‘s odd that the LLC still hasn’t been dissolved. He should be out of time, yet it still lists as active but non-compliant.
