Dr. Menon remains an enigma.

He's obviously owed his salary. If not, Ehrlich isn't owed his salary either. Their situations are virtually identical.
The KARD liability was incurred under Ehrlich's nose and I'd be very surprised if his signature wasn't on some if not all of the paperwork (Menon wasn't involved much in the administrative end of things).

Both issues are wins for him in Court yet there's nothing in the Legal Proceedings section of the 10-K to suggest that he's taken any legal action. Wouldn't you?

It's tempting to speculate about what might be holding him back.

ps. That inaction is consistent with his abandonment of 18,000,000 options for Class B shares. Maybe he just felt it best to wash his hands of the whole thing.
