This sucks for a lot of people who tried to play the filings and believe in the stocks. This CEO is hiding something or just to lazy to file. He may not even have the spare money to become current. Who knows.
This whole SEC crap is to stop the P&D’s and crooked CEO’s from screwing shareholders. The funny part is some of the biggest P&D’s has been from current pinkies! Until they aren’t. Dilute to hell and back then r/s and do it again. Go dark and end up on the grey’s and get delisted. Have a few in my acct. from the early days. May end up with a couple more after this. Lol
I got caught in this from an r/s and just let it sit for a couple years and decided to play the odds and average down to recoup my money. So far it looks like I threw good money after bad! I don’t have the faith in this CEO like some are saying they have or Trader53 by any means. We took a gamble and it may not pay off. Chalk it up to experience!
