We are subject to a “STOP” warning as a result of our failure to provide any information to the public regarding our business and operations since we filed our Quarterly Report for the period ended June 30, 2016 with OTC Markets on July 1, 2016, suspending our obligation to file reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
