I suggest call them .. They are extremely helpful. Choose the option to have them call you back ..it saves you from having to hold.. and the few times I have called they returned my call within about 5 minutes. Seriously!. .. and they walked me through explanations of why my trades weren’t going thru and then addressed how to correct that ..such as how to change net worth and trading permissions settings and… really the whole thing. I did not have to do those 100 trades you mentioned.

They could not have been more helpful and they will get you going. A minor learning curve…yes ..but worth it for the terrific customer service and being able to buy more wcvc. I had all the same challenges you described. Best of luck!
