Searching the SEC EDGAR site all I see are 2 fake 8-Ks filed and before that a Form 15 filed in 2013.

The Form 10 appears to be fraudulent and created by a desperate shareholder - a Form 10 can be downloaded from the SEC and only the first page is included for the Sharp hijacked shells.
