The market-makers, big institutions, and many oversea accounts (such as Canada and Europe accounts) still can buy ORMTQ type of Non-Reporting OTC stocks! Which is why we saw its peer (PTEL) soar 14-Bagger today --- from 0.0001 to 0.0014 and another peer (PDMI) soar 7-Bagger Twice in September --- from 0.0001 to 0.0007!

Anyway tomorrow will be the last day to sell ORMTQ at the bid (0.0001) in order to liquidate a position since all the current buying orders will be canceled by the US brokerage firms after 09/28/2021...
