Do you understand what is needed to become an SEC reporting company - you seem to think Edgarized is something magical. It is just putting the document into a Form such as HTML format that is accepted by the SEC EDGAR - it isn't a big deal - some seem to think it is similar to splitting the Atom.

Where are the 2 years of audited financials - oddly all that has been posted is the cover page for a Form 10. Who is the MM that needs to file a 211 on the GVSI shell that has so much baggage?

GVSI had SEC problems written all over it.

It is very odd that Sharp's Twitter account is still private - I suspect the Twitter account pumping the Form 10 cover page is from a desperate shareholder.
