Of course that is the million dollar question of when will SIRC fly? I don't own a crystal ball. I will say however we are starting to put the foundation in place from a technical point of view to get to $12.00 plus.

After today we will be 13 straight days above the daily 250 EMA that is just starting to slant upward. We also have a beautiful gap up from Sept 9th. If it remains open it will be a breakaway gap and I highly suspect it is. So foundation 1. We are above the 250 and foundation 2. We have a major gap up. Next we really need foundation 3. which is that volume needs to increase. It has increased somewhat since Sept 9th but we need a lot more to fly. The current moderate volume, sideway action however is healthy for building a sideways price platform for much higher price levels to push up off from.

We know there are a lot of events for SIRC coming up in the next few months and anyone of them could be a catalyst that launches us into dollar land.

Unfortunately there will also be a lot of retail traders that are bag holders right now in SIRC that will be thrilled to make it out at even. It is my strong opinion that once they get out they will have the double agony of watching the stock soar way past $3.00...way way past...but that's the way trading goes.

Back to the original question of when will SIRC fly? Likely inside of 3-12 months. It can happen very fast depending upon the catalyst (a buyout can happen overnight). No one of course knows...

11. Outstanding upper-management team.
12. Excellent company transparency - monthly Q&A sessions on Discord-MediaTek.
13. Possible buyout candidate.
