Black-Ops, perhaps the question to be posed to Grip should be "What if The Wonder Drug Succeeds in Brazil?" At the very least, both questions should be asked and truthfully answered by all concerned on both sides of the fence. This would be a more 'dynamic' approach to asking 'honest' questions. I think it's prudent for both the bears and the bulls to always consider both sides of the question/answer.

Having said that, given the evidence shown to this point, certain logical suppositions can be derived based on said evidence and the additional steps being taken, i.e. additional doses at days 14 and 21 that will be given. Given the stacking effect of the drug and reduction in symptoms in the body shown following the 2nd shot at day 7, a hypothesis can be reasonably given that, at the VERY LEAST, efficacy will remain stable but could improve given the two additional doses over an additional two-week period.

Further hypothesis can be made that if p-value is achieved (shattered?), lives are saved and all is done with complete safety, that a demand for this drug will then be established due to those results. Due to the possible demand, it can be presumed that substantial revenue (contracts) will follow as well as an a significantly upward adjusted share price.

Further hypothesis can then be made that anyone who holds a short position will suffer losses as the share price moves upward. I could continue with additional hypothesis regarding a lack of sleep, etc., but I think that's enough for now.

All IMHO
