true, that JV with Village sold me. The current CEO sounded like a schnook. I haven't delved into this any further than to watch that latest interview. With all these 'Assets' and no real debt, if they were competent and good stewards of capital, they should be able to make some headway given what they have and where they stand. But I dismiss everything when it comes to this company fulfilling it's goals particularly when it comes to increasing shareholder value... lol, how pathetic. The schemes, scams, incompetence and utter indifference has drained about everything in the 'sucker investors' who've held on throughout. I give this about a 20% Chance from this point of building a longer term (2-5 yrs.) success.
