My only question. Where is the 28m shares coming from to retire?
The O/S is only 21m
With 9m in the float. The rest are restricted. Some 12m?
Low float, debt free and Pink current?
I hope the BK drama tanks this. And for good selfish reasons.
This might become my Fav synergy play.
