EGYF is expecting to file audited financials with the SEC to become a fully reporting company, making the business more accountable and transparent in its financials and business announcements. We also plan to uplist to OTCQB in 2021 and to further up-list onto a major exchange.

The only way I see them uplisting to OTCQB in 2021 is to drop bigger news after filing audited financials. In the same PR they claim Sensortecnics' technologies are "ground-breaking" and "disruptive" so either the best is yet to come, or the tech is more ordinary than the company believes. :) But getting pink current is a good step!
