My honest opinion, they jumped the gun announcing any R/M till they were Pink current.
All it looks like they need is an Atty letter to make all those filings good.
It’s not audited so they need the letter.

I’m sure the Atty has a lot to look at now. The R/M story gums up a simple shell.

However, it’s a good thing. I was able to average down from my starter.

I mean a zoom call from China to some lawyer in America is an everyday thing.
All parties will work together to make this deal work. It’s like buying a house. Everyone is excited $$$
