I have a 50% chance of being right on my prediction so I will say 0.18
I think the .02 spread that they have most of the time will keep the traders away, that needs to tighten up.
It did hit .17 but quickly pulled back as I thought there was no resistant until .20. Last week was ok but the end of the week showed me, with low volume, they dont want this to run yet, someone did some selling. So now I would say .06 bid will show up before the .018.

If it stays under.10 for much longer I think orlando will get nervous and start making some news to drive this up.

That is my main reason for owning this, low float and orlando saw that he can get the stock price up with some news. So he will make some news. (not saying it will be good news or fake news)
From a timing position I think he has to do it before earnings release as that is nothing to brag about.

My opinion is Chart looks like there is a bottom at .05-6 so that is the down risk where major up resistance doesnt hit until after .50
