I often ask myself how I could have been so fooled by him. On the bright side, the way DC is talking about raising taxes those loss carryforwards we all have may be more valuable than we thought. But yes, he sure has balls after all the lies he told. He also wanted the bondholders to join a lawsuit to protect our "interests" in all that wonderful technology crgs has, against the creditors he screwed. But the formula he devised for paying the legal fees, and I wish I kept the formula, actually had me paying a larger amount as my "share" than TG would have to pay, as a percentage of what we had invested. Said something to the effect that it would'nt be fair to have TG contribute such a large dollar amount just because the value of the bonds he held was so much higher than everyone else. I tossed all the paperwork in disgust.
