Me:Thank you for the update, much appreciated. A few questions, if you may. Will compassionate use follow the same dosing regimen and protocol exclusions as in the trial?

Leo: These patients are far more ill than those in our recently completed study. These are very "critical" patients. Possibly by a factor of 5-10x. Dosing and number of days is different as determined by physician in their IND.

Me: Are the participating hospitals trial sites, or various locations?

Leo: Yes.


Me: Final question, with Fast Track, has any available information been available to FDA to coincide with Expanded Access granting?

Leo: Once the trial results are out we can address this.
