Acropolis stated in their Petition for Custodianship that they had never been a Custodian before.

I think the books are too sketchy for both KATX and LLBO -- missing too much information -- but how to fix? For LLBO, James Holmes appears to be senile, so who else knows enough about the LLBO books to supply the missing information?

Certainly not Royea. He was never an officer or board member at LLBO.

How about Holmes' wife? She runs Shoshoni Corporate Services so she might be the best bet.
