Three years ago today, the iHub Torvec board came to life as a venue where investors could exchange thoughts, information, and sentiment regarding Torvec, Inc. Since then, it’s become a virtual community with at least thirty plus regular readers who have contributed 10,000 posts! It hasn’t always been pretty and there are certainly various points of views and opinions, but if nothing else, it speaks to the power of the Internet to bring even distant people together.

I’d like to thank all of you who make up this board. Just as there may not be another Torvec Annual Shareholder’s Meeting, I suspect we may not be around to celebrate our fourth iHub birthday either. Nothing demands that the board shut down in the event of a complete acquisition but the time required to moderate the board is extensive and as much as I think we all value free speech, it does need moderating less it lose value.

That said, I’m a strong believer that one live in the moment; live for today! So again, Happy Birthday board! I think the value of our investment will soon be realized. Thanks to all of you who have made this forum a useful resource of information.
