I really never thought of Canouse as the "CEO" although he technically was. He is responsible for taking a stock that had been flatlined at practically zero value for over 5 years and making it current. That seems to be his expertise. He not only brought it back to life but had the insight and fortitude to hand it off to a more accomplished and experienced "CEO". I'm am sure he is quite aware that his own shares are now in much better hands. In the end I think we will all be grateful for all he has done getting us to this point regardless of his past history. It is doubtful Canouse is still involved in the operational end of the company aside from probably owning a boatload of shares. He could have just pumped and dumped the stock but did not. This move was in everybody's best interest...
