I consider Soku and the climber just icing on the cake. If they come though and are profitable then great, 99% of OTC stocks would push both of these concepts through regardless of profitably potential, just to push through and make it seem like things are happening.

Not our management at CAVR, they're dissecting all avenues and they're focusing on real estate acquisitions first and foremost, because that's where the money is at.
