I havent read it for WWEN, but this type of RISK statement tends to be fairly generic. Go read the risk statement on any other OTCBB or PINK SHeet stock and you will see basiclly the same thing.
So if they dont have customers, where do they get money ? That is were the dillution comes from on most of these companies.
If they dont have customers, then they have to sell stock to raise money to operate. Nothing new here other than currently WWEN is not dilluting. Which is good. They will not have any customers either until they can build the 100 BBD plant and prove there technology works and is economical. If I recall they were targeting the 4th Q of 2007. If they can do that, then customers should not be a problem.
