When the deal with KK was made he needed to file as a result of his ownership %. There are quite a few accumulators/groups with 100s of millions of share at relatively little cost accumulated in the low trips. Patience wears thin and they sell some in the 30s+ still making 3000+ %. Note holders make the same guaranteed profit (25.%) regardless of the pps, the only advantage is the lower the pps, the more shares they receive. This is why a trader saying they are screwing with the note holders is no more than nonsense and inexperience as well as laughable. IMO, all is good here and awaiting updates on structural, organizational, financing and hopefully more MA activity. As always, anyone can buy/hold/fold and no one else cares what another trader does. There are 109 reasons why traders sell while others buy, bottom line is it simply does not matter. I said months ago they want us in the 30s before blast off for control and early profit takers. Going from the low 30s to 01+ plus a little is a 250% gain which they are counting on many to sell at that point. If we started at 007 this would not be the case and it would 5 times harder to induce 01 selling.
Strategy for those with free or almost free shares is different than others as it always is. Traders are on an impatient fast track while the hedge funds and the Co are on a long term strategic track.
