I read the new SEC rules as well as OTCMARKET and found that if a company cannot make it by Sep 28, they can comeback for sure after filing. The good news is previously, it was much harder to come back from grey market. Under new rule, it’s not that hard. If our moron John (can’t call him anything better) really, wants to keep it alive, he can get it back afterwards as well.

For now, doesn’t look like we’re going to hear anything before Sep 28.

Unfortunately, i have to leave my 100m shares and tens of thousands of dollars RIP ??.
