Utah is also a good place because all them Mormons going on mission speak second languages...so thinking long term, having bi-lingual employees can be a big bonus and they have a ready pool at hand. I'm thinking African languages since they say Gambia is only the beginning...but also Spanish and Chinese...with those 3 (English, Mandarin and Spanish) you cover most of the business world...

Very interested in the CIA connection here too...might be nothing, might be children working for "The Company"...instead of The Company doing the work themselves... need more DD on that.
