If no OTC involvement than why THIS:

Well as an SEC Filer they drop Monday it will not go to "Expert Market", it will go current almost immediately. IF any go to expert market they can immediately come back to the retail market once current, per staff I talked with at OTC Markets.





The “expert market” is an OTC TIER.
