You will be able to sell. Buying will depend on your broker. The bigger question is what is the SEC going to do with these grey market stocks? Sure some will get delisted. With the amount of shares that have been dumped here would surely raise some red flags. It is very hard to come if the grey’s. Also there is no bid or ask on the grey’s. It is all matched trades which makes it even harder to sale. Most go there to die a slow death.
