Grey (or Expert) to Pink

Good morning.

Yes, there are huge gaps in the system right now.

Can’t even put in orders for stocks that are Grey, Expert, or Pink No Info.

This really pisses me off because the SEC did not say we could not purchase these stocks.

They only restricted real time quotes (L2).

These are some shit-assed discount brokers who are BEGGING for new competition and a Class Action Lawsuit.

Any other issue is the long delay between a company becoming limited info and brokers allowing you to buy the security.

They are ruining the ability for a security to move based upon what should be huge catalyst. That’s hurting the existing shareholders for such security (LAWSUIT).

The huge gaps are one problem which may be solved soon.

OTCM says they can now determine if a company meets the requirements for listing. That means the stock will not be unsolicited any longer. They will be able to make (and find) the true market.
